Functional Flow
Move Better. Feel Stronger.
This class helps you move like your body was meant to—smoothly, intentionally, and with strength. You’ll build mobility and stability in all the right places, so your joints feel supported and your movements feel natural—on and off the mat.
It’s energizing without being rushed, challenging without the overwhelm. Expect to leave class feeling strong, having learned something about your body and most likely capable of doing something new and fun. These classes are upbeat, casual and a little sweaty.
The ladder flow version is a little less challenging, more meditative and flows smoothly with a currated playlist.

Intensity & Pace
Reset Your Body. Reclaim Your Calm.
This is your permission to slow down. You’ll ease in with gentle movement to release tension, shift into deep Yin holds to unlock stiffnedd, and close with guided meditation and stillness that leaves you grounded, centered, and deeply restored.
By the end of class, you’ll feel like you just hit the reset button—calm in your mind, open in your body, and fully present. Expect to walk out lighter, more peaceful, and ready for whatever comes next. This class is great for beginners.
Yin & Meditation is all of the above minus the gentle movements at the beginning.
Mindful & Strong
Strong. Steady. Grounded.
This class is your chance to slow down and move with purpose. You’ll build strength—not by rushing, but by holding steady and showing up fully in each pose.
Through intentional breath and mindful movement, you’ll develop a deeper connection to your body and build lasting stability from the inside out.
Expect to leave class feeling grounded, focused, and strong—not just physically, but mentally too. It’s less about sweat, more about presence. You'll walk out taller, calmer, and more in control of your movement and your mind. This class is great for beginners.

Dynamic Strength
This isn’t yoga — and that’s the point.
In this class, we trade flowing for loading. Using resistance bands, gliding discs, kettlebells, and bodyweight, we’ll train real-world strength - the kind that helps you carry groceries, climb stairs, lift kids, or hold Warrior II without shaking.
You’ll build functional power, improve mobility under load, and sharpen your balance and coordination through intentional, repeatable movement patterns. You will slow down, isolate, and progressively increase resistance, giving your body time to adapt and get stronger.
This class is packed full of sweat, big music and a lot of fun!
