CLASSES WE OFFER:
Functional Flow
This is a vinyasa flow based class where the teacher will put together a sequence of poses and link them to breath. While you will pause in most of the poses and hold them for 30-60 seconds, you will also move quickly in this class and work up a sweat. Modifications and options will be offered so that students of all levels can participate.
Intensity & Pace
Mindful & Strong
You will begin this class with a few short breathing exercises followed by a yoga sequence made up of poses that you will hold for 60-90 seconds with a break between each pose. This is a mindfulness influenced practice & there no fast movements or vinyasa. Modifications and options will be offered to make the class accessible for all students.

Hip Hop Functional Flow Remix
Our traditional vinyasa class meets functional strength training. This class incorporates body weight movements and skills work to improve your overall strength into a yoga flow. Each set of skills work is created with the purpose to improve your overall power and balance in your yoga practice and off your mat. Best part, it is set to upbeat and fun hip hop music.

Relax & Restore
Ready to wind down and completely relax? The Yin practice was created to target your connective tissue and fascia, the rest of your body that is NOT muscles and bones. You will hold postures for 3-5 minutes, completely supported and in relaxed positions. The lights are off and the vibe is chill. For the best experience, bring a blanket to this class.
