​In this 45-minute beginner yoga class, we’ll guide you through a simple, slow-paced sequence that stays the same each week. You’ll learn foundational yoga poses, basic breathwork, and safe alignment—all in a supportive, judgment-free space.
This is a true beginner class, ideal for anyone who’s felt hesitant or intimidated to try yoga.
Whether you're looking to improve mobility, gain strength, manage stress, or just explore what yoga is about, this class is a great place to start.

We move mindfully, offer breaks, and create time for questions.
No experience, fancy clothes, or flexibility required—just a willingness to try.
