In TRANSFORM, you get one on one personal training + at-home workouts that are efficient and individualized.

Most personal training programs require you to drive to a gym multiple times each week, work around someone else's schedule, and spend hours commuting and exercising.

What Happens Inside TRANSFORM 

Personal Assessment:  We start by looking at the whole picture:

How your body moves. Where you’re strong. Where you need support. Do you have any dysfunctional movement patterns we need to address. 

 

We also talk about your lifestyle, stress, and daily patterns, because real training doesn’t exist in a vacuum. It exists in real life.

 

Custom Workout Plan:  You get TWO efficient training program built specifically for you.

This means, exercises chosen for your body, a structure that fits your needs, training designed to help you build strength for real life. 

 

No random workouts. Just smart, purposeful training.

Private Training Session:  After the initial assessment, we meet every 3 weeks for personalized coaching.

These are 45 minute sessions were you will learn to do the at-home workouts and as you progress; updates, changes, new exercises will be added. The program grows as you grow.

Personalized Nutrition Goals:  IF you want this, we have a very simply way to address nutrition so you can eay to fuel your body. This is NOT A DIET, no restrictions, just smart eating.

We will give you our branded tracking sheets and modify them for your personal goals so that you can TRANSFORM your lifestyle long term.

  • TWO Coaching Sessions - (45 mins) we meet every 3 weeks to do through the workout, make adjustments and changes as you progress

  • Accountability and support - access to me for ongoing questions and support

Continued Coaching

6-Week Ongoing Program

$140 Investment

Includes:

  • Updated programming every 3 weeks
