What Happens Inside TRANSFORM
✅ Personal Assessment: We start by looking at the whole picture:
How your body moves. Where you’re strong. Where you need support. What habits are working. What needs refining.
We also talk about your lifestyle, stress, and daily patterns, because real training doesn’t exist in a vacuum. It exists in real life.
✅ Custom Workout Plan: A short, efficient training program built specifically for you. (still 15 mins or less)
This means, exercises chosen for your body, a structure that fits your needs, training designed to help you build strength for real life.
No random workouts. Just smart, purposeful training.
✅ Private Training Session: As a way to check-in, adjust and get 1:1 attention
You will start with one 60 minute session that is your assessment. You will get your personalized at home routine reviewed (it will also be recorded and sent to you).
From there, you will get two 40 minutes sessions at week 3-4 and week 6-7 to re-asses and adjust.
✅ Personalized Nutrition Goals: As a way to check-in and adjust
We will take the BUILD tracking sheets and modify them for your personal goals so that you can TRANSFORM your lifestyle long term
Each stage of TRANSFORM lasts 8-weeks. You can choose to stop or continue after each 8-week session. No long-term commitment required.
