This isn’t yoga — and that’s the point.
In this class, we trade flowing for loading. Using resistance bands, gliding discs, kettlebells, and bodyweight, we’ll train real-world strength - the kind that helps you carry groceries, climb stairs, lift kids, or hold Warrior II without shaking.
You’ll build functional power, improve mobility under load, and sharpen your balance and coordination through intentional, repeatable movement patterns. You will slow down, isolate, and progressively increase resistance, giving your body time to adapt and get stronger.
