HOW BULD WORKS
This program blends structure and flexibility so it fits into real life.

At-Home Training 

Short, 12-minute, focused sessions designed to improve:

  • Strength

  • Joint control

  • Mobility

  • Stability

  • Coordination

These workouts are effective & efficient, helping you build a stronger, more resilient body without needing hours in the gym. The routine will only be 12 minutes, literally – you will time yourself and stop.

Mindfulness Practices

Because discipline isn’t just physical, its’ mental. We will give you short, simple 5-10 minute mindfulness practices to try out so you can build:

  • Awareness

  • Stress regulation

  • The ability to pause instead of react

  • A stronger connection to your body

So that you can build the resiliency needed to make sure you habits last beyond 30 days.

Studio Yoga & Strength Classes (2-3 days/week)

One major key to building and keeping a wellness routine is community. When we do things with other people, have fun and are held accountable with support, you are more likely to keep showing up. This is why we will ask you to attend 2-3 classes at the studio each week during your BUILD program.

Nutrition Guidance (No Dieting)

We don’t restrict. We build.

You’ll focus on:

  • Adding supportive foods

  • Fueling your body for energy and recovery

  • Simple habits that improve consistency

You will get a guide of foods we encourage you to eat weekly to fuel, support and build your body. No rules. No shame. Just better support for the life you’re building.

What Happens After 5-Weeks?

You won’t need motivation the same way anymore.

You’ll have:

A routine you know how to follow

Exercises you’re confident doing

A stronger, more capable body

Proof that you can stay consistent

BUILD isn’t about the 5-weeks. It’s about becoming someone who knows how to maintain routines and habits that supports the life they want to live.
