What do I need to bring with me?

Bring a mat, towel, water and any props like a block or strap.

We do not rent mats due to health and safety concerns.

We have a few blocks, but it is always a good idea to bring your own if you have them.

We do not sell water and the studio is warm, please bring your own water bottle.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes, as our space is small and fits about 25 mats comfortably, we request that if you must cancel your booking to do so within 1 hour of the class. If you cancel less than one hour, you will have a class deducted from your membership, class pack or the drop in you paid.

Where can I park?

We are in a busy and small shopping center. Depending on the time of the day, you can easily park in the lot or you may need to park on the side street in the neighborhood. It is a short, 2-3 minute walk to the studio from the street.

Can I come late?

We understand that things happen, and we are all late from time to time. It's life. At the same time for the safety and serenity of everyone, we do lock the doors at the start of class. We do not want anyone walking in off the street while a class is in progress, disrupting your practice and the teacher.

Is the studio heated?

Yes and no!

We ARE NOT a traditional hot yoga studio where the temperature is 92-100 degrees.

However, we do like it warm and the studio can be anywhere between 78-82 degrees depending on the weather, season and teacher.

You will sweat!

Each class will vary as each teacher will teach their own sequence and style within the parameters of the class descriptions.
