Gain practical tips you can apply every day to protect your spine, and learn the natural range of motion for twists, folds, and backbends to ensure you move with safety and awareness.
In the interactive portion, we’ll break down the mechanics of backbending from the ground up—from your feet to your hands. You’ll learn techniques to reduce or eliminate lower back pain often associated with backbending, empowering you to build strength in your core and back and carry these benefits into your daily life. After this workshop, backbends will go from dreaded to delightful!
