YOGA THAT FITS YOUR NEEDS

Learn specific skills and modifications just for you!

We offer privates unlike anyone else. We don't just move you through a set yoga sequence, we work with you to create something individualized and unquie to your body & needs. You will not get a yoga sequence tossed at you in our privates, instead, we will work one on one around specific needs. In our privates you will:

→ get a personal movement assessment to see where you might be compensating and how to address it

→ get a chance to focus on specific areas in your body where you need to build strength, stability and mobility and be given specific movements you can do at home

→ be given specific modifications and options for yoga poses to make them fit your body

→ get a chance to work on poses that you are interested in - they could be as simple as how to balance on one foot or as challenging as doing arm balances.

Your one on one will be booked with the studio owner who has a Masters in Exercise Science, is an expert in functional movement and has been teach movement for over 20 years....you are in good hands.

30-minute mini Yoga sessions

These short sessions are for you if you want to ask questions about specific poses or movements, want to work on something challenging, need an adjustment or modification due to an illness or injury or just have a simple need to address. Great for beginners.

 

Single Session $60

3 Sessions - $165

Assessment & Prescriptions

This is a straight forward one-on-one to simply assess what is and isn’t working for you, possibly why and get skills work, modifications and answers to make your group practice more accessible and easeful.

 

Single Assessment $120 | 50 minutes

50-minute Yoga Sessions

These sessions will start with an assessment to establish your practice needs from which a personalize sequence will be written that you can do at home and in our future sessions.

5 sessions - $500

10 sessions - $950

50-minute Dynamic Strength

These sessions will start with an assessment to establish your strength & mobility needs and then an invidualized strength program will be developed that you can practice at home & in our future sessions.
