Teach Stillness with Skill, Safety, and Intention.
Yin Yoga is often misunderstood as simply “slow stretching.” At Heart & Grit Yoga, we know it’s far more nuanced than that.

This Yin Training is designed to deepen your understanding of why yin works, how it affects the body and nervous system, and how to teach it responsibly, with clarity, compassion, and confidence.
You’ll learn to guide students into longer-held postures in a way that supports connective tissue health, nervous system regulation, and mindful awareness, while honoring individual anatomy and lived experience.
This is yin yoga taught with evidence-based education, intention, and care.
