Stronger Core, Less Pain, More Easeful Movement

How it Works:

You will get a 10 minute routine targeted at building core and trunk stability. Each week the routine will be adjusted with optional progressions, you choose what you add on or take off. Commit to the routine 5 days a week for 30 days and see the results!

  • Kick-Off Session: Sept 29th 10:30am OR Oct 2nd 7:15pm (to learn the routine & get individual modifications)

  • 10 minute stability building program with...

  • Weekly updates and progressions (provided online via video)

  • Group Online chat and support for accountability & camaraderie

  • Mid-way check in October 16th 7:15pm

  • Success Celebration Friday Nov 1st 6pm

NOTE: Kick off session will be recorded if you cannot make it. Session attendance is NOT required to participate.
