Session Breakdown

Sequence Breakdown Practice: To start each session we will practice together to a sequence I provide and actively breakdown the why and how of the sequence. You will move and get your questions answered on the spot.

Anatomy, Physiology & Biomechanics Hour: we will spend an hour discussing and learning the science behind our movement and how it applies to the yoga practice

Asana Clinic: The next hour will be spent reviewing asana families and the biomechanics of the joint movements and muscular actions.

Application Hour: The last hour of the session will be spent actively writing sequences, answering questions and practicing teaching techniques so you can apply what you learned.
The Extras.....

Office Hours: During the months of Nov, Dec & Jan there will be office hours via zoom to address any lingering questions and review what is happening as you put what you learn into practice

1:1 Mentoring: You get two 45- minute sessions with me (online or in person) to work on your sequences or go over anything you need to make the training successful for you.
