  • You will learn the how, why and what of meditation.

  • You will learn how to write and lead a body-scan meditation.

  • You will learn the principles of Yoga Nidra and how to lead a class.

Professional Development
  • You will set your personal and professional goals and write your own unique principles.

  • You will develop your “why” around teaching yoga.

  • You will develop and set your boundaries as a yoga teacher.

  • You will be coached on which style of teaching you prefer and explore opportunities to develop those skills as a professional wellness leader in the industry, developing your personal niche.

Practicum
  • You are required to log 12 hours of personal practice each month, a combination of classes (anywhere you choose) and self-practice.

  • You will observe 3 classes

  • You will shadow teach 2 classes.

  • You will lead full practice teach classes with your peers during group sessions.

  • You will lead 3 full public classes

  • You will give 2 one-on-one privates
