For 30 days, you’ll step into a reset that moves beyond just the physical practice of yoga. Together, we’ll explore how movement, meditation, and mindfulness work as a whole system—something that changes how you feel on the mat, how you show up for yourself off the mat, and how you move through the world and interact with others.
This reset isn’t a quick fix. It’s an invitation to take small steps that build week after week so you can notice what is and isn't working for you, so you can clearly step into a life you want to live—day by day, moment by moment.
How It Works:

Weekly meetings (5 total): Each week introduces a yoga philosophy theme and shows you how to apply it through movement, meditation, and mindfulness practices.

Short practice videos: 10-25 minute practices will be recorded for you weekly that you can do at home, designed to fit your life and build consistency.

Meditation & mindfulness practices: Short, approachable tools you can use daily—anytime, anywhere.

Weekly guide sheets: A clear roadmap to help you build habits that last, turning new practices into routines that improve your quality of life.

All practices build on small, steady changes that add up to big shifts in how you live each day.

What We Will Cover:

Week One - Begin Again: Build your foundation with simple, consistent movement, meditation, and compassion-focused mindfulness.

Week Two - Living from Truth: Learn to honor your body as it is right now. Get honest about what’s working—and what isn’t.
